Bank Nurse Advisor

Base Location: Dublin, Midlands, Cork/Limerick.
This is an on-the-road role, traveling to assigned patient locations across the wider region. It is a bank (relief) position with zero guaranteed hours, working on a flexible basis depending on business needs. Shifts are available Monday to Sunday between 7:30am and 9:30pm.
You will be an enthusiastic and experienced registered nurse with a genuine passion for improving patient care. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and you can work independently while remaining part of a wider integrated team. In this flexible bank role you will support service delivery by covering patient care needs across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality care and delivering treatments in home or community settings for a seamless patient experience.
Responsibilities- Cannulation & Phlebotomy - essential
- Administration and education of subcutaneous therapies
- IV administration therapies in home or community settings
- Maintain full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Complete electronic nursing records accurately and in a timely manner
- Report adverse events, product complaints and clinical incidents as per policy
- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Work independently while contributing to a wider team
- Show flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and locations
- Maintain high standards of time management and clinical judgement
- Travel to patient locations as required
- Active An Bord Altranais nursing registration
- 2 3 years post registration experience in acute or community settings
- Strong experience in cannulation and phlebotomy
- Interest in community based nursing
- Full clean driver's licence and access to own car (essential)
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions
- Basic IT skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Hourly rate of €30-€50, depending on experience
