Bank Investigations Lead - Employee Relations

Derbyshire Healthcare NHS is seeking a Bank Investigating Officer to lead investigations into complex employment matters. You will work across Derbyshire Healthcare, Chesterfield Royal Hospital and neighbouring trusts to conduct high-quality investigations with a restorative approach.

You will produce professional, unbiased reports, present findings at hearings, and ensure timely completion in line with trust policies. Flexible working arrangements are considered where possible.
