We are looking for flexible bank nursery practitioners to join our warm and welcoming nursery team in central Ipswich. This is a genuinely flexible role with no fixed rota, making it ideal for students, returners to work, or anyone who wants variety in their week.

As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you will step in to support the team when cover is needed. You'll help provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children, working alongside a friendly team that values flexibility and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

Support the day-to-day running of our vibrant childcare rooms.

  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0-5
  • Step in to cover staff absences and holidays
  • Bring creativity, energy, and a sense of fun to every session
Who we're looking for

You should hold a Level 2 or 3 early years qualification and enjoy working with children in a busy nursery setting. We want reliable, caring people who can adapt quickly and are happy to support the nursery when needed.

In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check. If an offer of work is accepted, YMCA Trinity Group will facilitate these checks on behalf of our staff and volunteers via the Disclosure and Barring Service.

Salary & Additional Benefits Include:
