Bank Driver Receptionist

Receptionist / Driver - Out of Hours / Bank - Flexible Shifts.
Must hold a full, clean, manual UK driving licence. This role blends receptionist and driver duties, provides protected time to deliver direct patient care, and requires compassion, empathy, strong IT skills and excellent communication.
Main duties of the job- Welcoming patients with compassion and ensuring confidentiality.
- Handling a variety of patient needs, including appointment booking, comfort calls, dealing with sensitive situations, and supporting patients in distress.
- Ensuring two way communication with call centres to support efficient operations.
- Conducting vehicle and equipment checks and safely transporting clinicians to home visits, often accompanying them into patient homes.
- Ensuring correct use of equipment and vehicles at all times.
