Bank Care Team Leader - Elderly Residential Care

Shaw Healthcare Brynhyfryd in Builth Wells is seeking a Bank Residential Team Leader to maintain high standards of person-centred care and support on shifts. You will lead by example and supervise a care team in a zero-hours bank role.

The position involves administering and recording medication, reporting changes promptly, and maintaining up-to-date care plans. Experience with older people in residential care and NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care are preferred.
