Salary: £12.60 per hour. £13.65 from the 1st of April 2026.

Hours: Bank/Zero hours

Shift times: As/when needed in the service - day shifts

Job Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for all visitors to the service including allied health professionals.
  • Reception duties, including answering the phone and dealing with deliveries.
  • Processing time sheets.
  • Secretarial filing.
  • PA duties to the Home Manager.
  • Communicating with head office departments in relation to Fees, purchasing and stock control, financial, payroll, HR, Recruitment and other relevant matters affecting the Home.
  • Cash finances (petty cash, amenity fund, residents cash).
  • Coordinate collation, validation of time-sheets with the Home Manager.
  • Essential to be Health and Safety aware, to ensure the safety of our services users and colleagues.
