What you will do

• Provide clinical and professional leadership, ensuring effective governance for staff working in your allocated area or service.
• Collaborate with the professional lead to ensure all staff are clinically competent, and that services are effective and safe, delivering an excellent patient experience.
• Foster interdisciplinary working and implement cross-skilling for all team members, incorporating competency frameworks.
• Provide expert clinical advice for managing complex patient cases.

Qualifications and requirements
