Volunteers Needed
Brilliant Bamboo CIC is a community organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent, using bamboo and nature-based projects to create greener spaces, support biodiversity, and bring people together.
We're developing a range of exciting projects, and if you'd like to volunteer your time, skills or experience, we'd love to hear from you! You can volunteer at our Brilliant Bamboo Brownfield Parklet in Stoke Town, or be a part of that and our emerging projects, including Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Whether you're an experienced gardener, curious about bamboo, or just want to make a difference in your local community, there's a place for you. We have regular sessions on Tuesday and Friday afternoons.
You could help with:- Caring for bamboo and other plants
- Site upkeep and clearance
- Building with bamboo and other natural materials
- Observing nature and helping audit our sites
- Supporting community events
No experience is needed-just bring suitable clothes, sturdy shoes and good energy! We'll provide the tools, gloves and guidance.
