Bakery Team Member - 4on/4off, 12h Shifts, Profit Share

Warburtons in Burnley is seeking a Bakery Team Member to join our 24/7 food manufacturing operation. This hands-on role involves shifts across days and nights, with no two shifts the same, and an opportunity to contribute to high-quality products our customers love.

You will work as part of a close-knit shift team, operating production lines, using bakery machinery, and maintaining high hygiene standards while supporting warehouse activities across multiple bakery areas.
