Supervisor

2+ years experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor

Proven experience as a Baker with specific experience in operating and managing ovens (minimum 2 years).

Works closely with the Head Baker to ensure the smooth running of bakery production. Maintains strong communication with the purchasing team, food safety officers, and other departments to support efficiency and quality standards. Develops and maintains effective relationships with suppliers, delivery teams, and external maintenance contractors.

The key focus of this role is to oversee day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards in product quality, production efficiency, hygiene, and team management. The Bakery Supervisor leads a team of bakers and assistants, supports training and development, monitors stock levels, enforces food safety compliance, and helps implement process improvements. This role is hands on and requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
