Bakery Shop Supervisor: Lead, Motivate & Grow Sales

Birds Bakery in Mansfield / Berry Hill is seeking a capable retail supervisor to support the Store Manager and oversee daily shop operations. You will create a friendly, welcoming environment and coach colleagues to perform at their best.

The role requires leading a team across 4-5 days per week with a focus on excellent customer service, stock control, and compliance with health and safety standards. A flexible attitude and good communication are essential.
