Bakery Shop Supervisor - Lead Team, Growth & Perks

Wenzel's the Bakers is looking for a Shop Supervisor to lead a busy team, prepare fresh food and deliver excellent customer service in Fareham. You will support the Shop Manager in daily operations, stock control, and achieving sales targets while upholding high hygiene standards.

The role offers a 39-hour week, a £13.00/hour rate, and progression through training and pension benefits. Flexible hours can be discussed where possible.
