Bakery Shop Supervisor - Early Shifts, Hands-On Leadership

Bayne's the Family Bakers in Alloa is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to join our bakery team. This role is 39 hours per week at £14.28 per hour, with shifts including early mornings, weekends, and varying days.

You will support the shop manager with operations, scheduling, training, and maintaining food hygiene standards while delivering excellent customer service and managing stock and cash procedures.
