Bakery QA Technician: Food Safety & Quality Champion

The Village Bakery Group is seeking a QA Technician to support the Technical team in ensuring products meet high standards of food safety, quality, legality and customer compliance. You will help maintain an audit-ready environment and promote a strong food safety culture across the site.

Responsibilities include quality checks, HACCP verification, audits, sampling, allergen control, and maintaining rigorous documentation within the QMS.
