Bakery Production Operative - Day Shift

Pertemps Lincoln is recruiting a Production Operative (2026) to join a bakery environment in North Hykeham. This full-time role covers mixing, baking, de-tinning, packing and dispatch preparation on a production line, with responsibilities to keep areas tidy and safe.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; no prior experience required, but reliability and a willingness to learn are important in a structured, fast-paced team.
