Bakery Product Development Lead

Lightbody's of Hamilton, part of Finsbury Food Group, is seeking a Development Manager to lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch. You'll drive innovation across the site, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver exciting new products.

You'll manage and develop a high-performing team, present new concepts, build strong relationships with retailers, and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
