Bakery Maintenance Planner for 24/7 Production

Lantmannen Agro Bedford bakery is seeking a proactive Maintenance Planner to join the engineering team. You will plan and schedule preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance across a 24/7 operation, working closely with the Engineering Manager and Maintenance Manager.

The role focuses on improving reliability, maximizing uptime, coordinating labour, materials and contractors, and developing CMMS-driven maintenance strategies while ensuring safe, efficient production.
