Bakery Lead & Production Supervisor

Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced CDP Baker to lead bakery operations on board our ship. You will manage daily production, ensure quality and presentation of the bread assortment, and work closely with the Head Baker.

You will forecast production, minimize waste, supervise display setup, and ensure USPH compliance and hygiene across all bakery areas. The role requires strong leadership, multilingual communication, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction and cost control, with
