Bakery Kitchen Team Leader: Lead, Train & Deliver Quality

The Cornish Bakery in Dorchester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide our busy bakery kitchen, mentor colleagues and ensure every product is prepared with care and pride.

You'll lead food production, coach a team, uphold high standards of hygiene and safety, and keep the kitchen running smoothly even when the pace is on. Full-time or part-time hours available, with training provided and ample opportunities to develop your leadership skills.
