Bakery Hygiene Lead: Food Safety & Compliance

Bayne's the Family Bakers is seeking a Hygiene Manager based at Orwell Bakery in Lochore to lead hygiene practices across the site. The role focuses on promoting food safety culture, implementing SOPs and CICs, and supporting allergen control within our bakery operations.

You will partner with production and quality teams to close gaps, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement in sanitation and compliance across shifts.
