We're looking for a Bakery Assistant to join a busy artisan bread production bakery in Wimbledon. This is a hands on role in a fast paced, friendly team producing high quality artisan breads for customers across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, family run business with strong roots in the London bakery scene. Working within a busy production environment, you will support the baking team in producing a range of artisan breads, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency at all times. This is a day shift role, working 5 days per week, including weekends.

The Person- Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food production environment (preferred)
- Interest in artisan bread production
- Ability to work in a fast paced, production led environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to support the wider team
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Full right to work in the UK
