Job Description

Job Title: Badge Analyst

The Badge Analyst will be part of the Global Badging Services team, responsible for the administration, production, issuance, and auditing of company ID badges and access level permissions. This role ensures all employees, contractors, vendors, and any other individuals requiring access to the property are properly credentialed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to walk-ups in the badge office.
  • Utilise the internal ticketing system to process badging-related requests within service level agreements.
  • Create and issue new personnel access badges using a physical security access control system application.
  • Produce and program Guest & Temporary access badges in the access control system.
  • Conduct quarterly audits on access levels to ensure security standards are met.
  • Process all outgoing badging supply shipments and ensure same-day pickup.
  • Track and stock badge supplies and maintain the inventory sheet.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for badge printers.
  • Facilitate obtaining new hire badge photos using cloudcard and coordinate with the Onboarding team for backlog updates.
  • Complete training and provide evidence of completion to management.
  • Assist with various assigned projects and tasks.

Essential Skills

  • 1-3 years of strong customer service experience.
  • experience with e-mail, Google Suite, and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Passion and willingness to learn.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous badging experience is a plus.
