Backend Engineering Lead - Compliance & Risk Platform

KAST is seeking a hands on Engineering Lead in London to build and scale our Compliance & Risk Platform. You will own backend architecture, guide a team of engineers, and collaborate with Compliance, Product, Operations, and Engineering to deliver scalable, auditable systems that meet global regulatory requirements.

You'll focus on Go based services, APIs, and operational tooling, while driving standards, automation, and reliability.
