Backend Engineer for AI Agentic Orchestration

Genesys Galway is seeking a backend-focused Software Engineer to work on Agentic Orchestration (AO), turning a customer's intent into an outcome by reasoning over journey state, policies and goals to decide the next best action across AI agents, systems and people.

You will own features end-to-end from design through deployment, integrating large language models to generate and validate plans, enforce schemas and power orchestration, while collaborating with an agile team and CI/CD practices.
