We are seeking an exceptional Back of House Supervisor to join the Claridge's team.
The Back of House department at Claridge's are the essential backbone that keeps our culinary operation running flawlessly. As part of this hardworking team, you will be supporting the busy operation by maintaining impeccable cleanliness, ensuring equipment is ready for use, keeping the kitchen environment organised and efficient and contributing to the smooth delivery of every guest dining experience.
Back of House Supervisor responsibilities- Allocating colleagues to work in a Back of House workstation and supervise the performance of all tasks relating to that station.
- Instructing, supervising and checking the back of house team in the performance of their duties.
- Providing support to back of house colleagues in terms of training and development in their role.
- Being aware of and adhering to all health and safety, fire, hygiene and COSHH regulations governing the work you are undertaking/supervising and to ensure the correct chemicals/detergents are used at all times.
- Have excellent communication skills, and be able to lead and manage a large team.
- Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge's and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
- Demonstrate an absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories.
- Be motivated, creative and have worked in a similar role, within a five star environment.
- Have a passion for quality products and service, be a team player who is an avid learner who wants to be challenged and developed.
- Be able to work under pressure, and be able to adapt to changing needs to the business.
