What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain high-performance trading systems using Python.
• Work on everything from model deployment and order execution to trade reconciliation and exchange integration.
• Collaborate closely with a Senior Developer and contribute across the company, from research tooling to data processing pipelines.
• Solve complex problems in an Agile, data-driven environment.

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Python 3, especially with performance-focused libraries like NumPy.
• Familiarity with JIT compilers (e.g., Numba) and best practices in code management and testing.
• Experience working with APIs, Websockets, and deploying applications in Linux environments.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to tackle challenges across multiple domains.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with SQL or other databases.
• Knowledge of lower-level languages like C++.
