Location: Highfield Nursery, 155 Highfield Road, Blackpool, FY4 2HG. Position: Baby Room Manager Room Leader. Employer: MiChild Group. Salary: From £13.50/ph- Negotiable depending on experience.
About MiChild at Highfield NurseryHighfield Nursery is proudly rated "Good" by Ofsted and has a capacity of 51 children. Since 2020 it has been part of the MiChild Family. Situated in Blackpool close to the airport, the nursery has 4 playrooms, a sensory room and separate baby and preschool gardens. The outdoor areas provide boundless learning opportunities for imaginative play.

- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Demonstrates robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
- Has experience in leading a room or supervising a team (Desirable)
Please note this is a full time role for 40 hours per week
Shift Patterns- Early Shift: 7.30am - 4.30pm
- Middle Shifts: 8.00am - 5.00pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Late Shift: 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Enhanced DBS check
