Baby & Toddler Room Leader: Lead & Inspire Early Years

Bright Horizons Barrow is seeking a dedicated Baby & Toddler Room Leader to guide a team in delivering exceptional early years care and education at our OFSTED-rated Good nursery near Barrow-in-Furness station.

You will lead routines, support families, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment, while upholding safeguarding and welfare policies. The role requires Level 3+ EYFS qualifications and collaboration with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
