In this role, you will:
  • Transition to B2B: Move away from high-volume B2C scripts and learn to navigate complex, high-value corporate deals.
  • Master the Full Sales Cycle: Start with a mix of qualified leads and outbound prospecting, rapidly progressing into leading face-to-face client pitches, negotiating terms, and closing enterprise-level business.
  • Dominate a Lucrative B2B Market Niche: You will be allocated a high-demand sector to target, map out, and build from scratch- essentially running your own specialised business unit.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Experience: Minimum 9 months in a fast-paced sales role (B2C, retail sales, fundraising, B2B, BDR, or SDR).
  • Skills: Strong phone-based communication skills and the resilience to hunt for new business.
  • Mindset: Extreme ambition, drive, and the hunger to smash KPIs and targets.
