B2B Support Lead - Medical Cannabis Customer Care

Curaleaf International is seeking a B2B Support Coordinator to join the Medical Cannabis Customer Service team in Sunderland. You'll be the link between Curaleaf and our pharmacy and clinical customers, managing complex relationships and ensuring smooth operation of critical processes so patients can access treatment.

You'll own your KPIs, contribute to team targets, and support colleagues across the business.
