In this position, you will drive the entire sales lifecycle-winning new enterprise accounts while expanding existing client relationships.

What You Will Do:

• Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with key decision-makers across the Life Sciences and Financial Services sectors

• Pitch Archer's specialised recruitment services directly to C-suite executives and senior leaders

• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and manage ongoing account relationships to maximise revenue and uncapped commission earnings

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Based in Dublin with the ability to work in-office Monday to Friday

• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa (full working rights in Ireland)
