We have very ambitious plans for B2B and are looking for a seasoned Head of Sales Operations to own operations and deliver timely sales BI that will directly influence the commercial direction the team will take. You will drive efficiencies, make data-driven recommendations and will be responsible for optimising our sales process through impactful insights across the sales funnel, markets and sectors to help us fine-tune our revenue machine and focus our sales team. You will report into the CCO and work closely with sales leadership to set the strategy that will grow our business. You will set the strategy for Sales Operations, including + CRM, tools & processes + Sales Enablement + Tech Pre-Sales Lead and work with the team to + oversee the sales funnel, streamline and optimise the sales process + tracking and report sales KPIs providing real-time visibility on performance and how to improve it + recommend commercial initiatives based on the data available to help us focus our sales efforts at every step in the sales process + maintain our sales technology stack, manage integrations so that our tools are perfectly linked and drive continual process improvements manage our CRM and hold the team accountable for data & input discipline, audit data for consistency, setup workflows and automation to make our CRM a powerful machine pinpoint revenue operational blockers or opportunities and work cross-functionally across Tech, Product, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to improve performance, solve problems, and reduce friction Deliver effective onboarding, materials and training to the sales teams Organise and run deal reviews and provide coaching to sellers develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company Who you are: You have 5+ years of relevant experience having worked in sales operations, management or consulting or other similar roles You have set-up and optimised sales processes and in a scale-up environment leading to accelerated revenue growth You have outstanding knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Hubspot), sales metrics and SaaS sales processes You have experience approaching problems in a structured, analytical and strategic way and have the ability to articulate recommendations at C-level You have introduced and managed changes and ensured team adoption You have taken ownership of and driven complex projects to completion At Busuu we want to ensure that you have access to some great benefits: Our centrally located offices are well-equipped with free breakfast, plenty of snacks and fresh fruit You get 2 free lunches per week at our office that you can choose out of a wide selection of restaurants in the area Busuu offers a great Private Health Insurance scheme There is a dedicated training budget to ensure our employees can continuously grow and progress in their careers We like to support our teams with their work-life balance so we offer flexible working hours and a hybrid model of working We offer enhanced maternity and paternity leave (depending on location) Staying connected as a team is very important to us, so we have lots of social activities for you to join such as team lunches, Thursday socials, quarterly team, and company events What happens next We aim to have a simple and speedy hiring process and we want to make sure that we are right for you as much as the other way around.
