We're looking for a hands-on engineer to join our organisation within the OFFICIAL Capability Centre. You'll help shape the future of remote desktop services, cloud platforms, and SaaS delivery - with a focus on Azure Virtual Desktop.
This isn't just support - it's about solving complex problems, driving innovation, and mentoring others in a high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and evolve remote desktop and cloud services.
- Assess organisational needs and develop scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to improve device and service management.
- Review and refine content to align with Windows best practices.
- Share knowledge and support team development.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Deep knowledge of Azure (Entra, Networking, Firewall, DNS).
- CI/CD pipelines (ideally Azure DevOps) and IaC (Terraform preferred).
- PowerShell Scripting expertise.
- Intune MDM and configuration profile experience.
- RSAT tools, Active Directory, and GPO familiarity.
- Application deployment and package management skills.
- Clear documentation and architecture design capabilities.
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting mindset.
