Job Description
Our international client is looking for an Azure DevOps Tech Lead to join their team for a freelance B2B contract that is 3 months with a high chance of extension. This position is fully remote for the duration but you will need to be based in Poland and happy to join occasional meetings in US working hours.

What You'll Do
- Design and build the cloud infrastructure architecture for a large-scale platform.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps standards.
- Select and implement DevOps tools and best practices for a multi-agent environment.
- Lead and coordinate a growing DevOps team.
- Work closely with senior architects and technical leaders across multiple teams.
- Ensure consistency and scalability of infrastructure across the platform.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a DevOps Lead, Senior DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, etc.).
- Experience designing scalable and resilient architectures.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
- Experience with AI or agent-based systems is a plus.
