Azure Data Engineer - 3 Month Contract - Outside IR35 -£525 p/d - London

A fast-growing digital media business is seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to support a major transformation programme. This is a crucial role within the Data & Analytics team, focused on building scalable, cloud-first data solutions to support business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate data from legacy systems into Azure data environments
• Build and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, SSIS and Azure Functions
• Collaborate across teams (IT, Marketing, Customer Success) to align data solutions with business needs
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and performance monitoring across environments
• Manage codebase with Git

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365
• Proven track record in data migration and integration from legacy systems and SaaS platforms
• Skilled in building ETL pipelines using SSIS and legacy ETL processes
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
• Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
