We are looking for a talented and versatile EA/Office/Ops Manager to join this successful and well-renowned Creative Advertising Agency. Working in an iconic London location, with in-office work four days a week and one day from home, this role is ideal for someone comfortable managing multiple projects and wearing many hats. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Extensive diary management for CEO and MD, exercising confidentiality
- Handling expenses for the board
- Travel bookings
- Assisting the Finance Director with training organisation
- Building PowerPoint presentations for the CEO & MD, using experience to help with proactive proposals
- Providing confidential HR support
- Leading, managing, and motivating the support team (reception, office, IT)
- Organising and coordinating efficient back-office support
- Assisting with negotiations and delivery of office stay or relocation
- Managing facilities maintenance to ensure health and safety compliance
- Building strong relationships with facility suppliers
- Maintaining and negotiating maintenance contracts
- Delivering IT solutions with a digital-first approach
- Leading office culture initiatives
- Managing equipment to ensure efficient meeting rooms, supported by IT
- Co-ordinating agency events and supporting event logistics
