Job Overview

AVP of Insurance & Wealth Management - UKI. Drive top line growth, shape strategy, build high performance sales organization and deliver exceptional customer and employee outcomes. Align with Salesforce values of trust, customer success, innovation and equality.


Core Responsibilities

  • Define & Execute Strategy: Develop a bold, forward thinking growth strategy, position Insurance & Wealth Management UKI for success, identify digital transformation opportunities and maintain market leadership.

  • Drive Exponential Growth: Rapidly grow revenues and bookings, exceed targets through scalable, repeatable and structured sales processes, ensure operational rigor through data driven decision making.

  • Build & Inspire a High Performing Sales Organisation: Lead RVPs and AEs, establish robust sales processes, key performance metrics and ensure disciplined focus on deal closure.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Sales Strategy and Employee Success leaders to align resources and deliver customer centric results.

  • Champion Customer Success: Cultivate deep relationships with CxO level stakeholders, unlock transformative value with Salesforce solutions.

  • Talent Development & Culture: Recruit, mentor and develop a diverse, inclusive team; foster culture of trust, innovation and continuous improvement.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales leadership in high velocity FSI, Insurance or Wealth Management environments with a track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving growth in complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Strategic acumen: ability to implement and scale structured, repeatable sales processes, consultative sales, strategic account planning and ROI articulation.

  • Experience selling to CxO level stakeholders and closing high value, complex transactions.

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain high performing teams recognized for culture and results.

  • Strong commitment to Salesforce values of Trust, Customer Success, Innovation and Equality.
