Aviation Transaction Manager - Leases, Deliveries & Closings

BOC Aviation in London seeks a proactive junior lawyer or paralegal to support the deal team in aircraft leasing, delivery and sale transactions, coordinating with airlines, lessors, OEMs and external counsel.

You will draft and revise principal and ancillary documents, manage conditions precedent, prepare LOIs, and assist with enforcement and knowledge management, while aligning with our core values.
