Aviation Training & Compliance Coordinator

Harmonics Recruitment is assisting an international aviation organisation based in Shannon, Co. Clare, Ireland, to hire a Training Coordinator who will manage training, competency and regulatory requirements, ensuring records and compliance are maintained across the business.

You will prepare and maintain job specific training curriculums, identify training needs, schedule regulatory training, track progress, support audits, and maintain training matrices with meticulous attention to detail.
