Aviation Skills & Careers Hub Lead

Luton Rising is seeking an Aviation Skills & Careers Hub Manager to lead the development and daily running of the Hub, shaping its strategy and delivering meaningful opportunities for local residents.

You'll work with employers across London Luton Airport and the aviation sector to identify skills needs, create programmes that address workforce gaps, and connect people with employment, apprenticeships and work experience.
