Aviation Security Assurance Lead

Wilson James is seeking an Assurance Manager to lead the compliance and assurance agenda across our aviation services portfolio. This high-profile role involves regular engagement with airport authorities, the CAA and DfT to ensure UK security compliance and operational assurance.

You will develop and manage audits, monitor indicators, drive improvements and support bid growth, training and best practice across the aviation portfolio. Extensive UK travel is required.
