Aviation Recruitment Coordinator

Skyborne Airline Academy is recruiting a Recruitment Administrator to join the team onsite at Gloucestershire Airport, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will support cadet selection programmes and coordinate assessments, interviews and applicant queries.

You will work closely with Recruitment Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns, maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment process.
