Aviation Operations Lead - Frontline Supervisor

Swissport in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage safe airside operations and lead frontline teams in line with Swissport procedures and brand values.

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 days 2 nights). You will supervise task allocation, plan resources, ensure safety compliance, maintain manuals, and coordinate with dispatchers, airlines and authorities to deliver efficient flight turnarounds and a high standard of service.
