Aviation Network Readiness Lead

NATS Ltd is seeking a Network Readiness Manager to shape the UK air traffic network's operational readiness and coordinate disruption responses. You will provide clear, timely assessments to leaders, airlines and airports, and lead development of the Network Agreed Plan for Swanwick and Prestwick centres.

You will chair incident coordination calls, manage on-call duties, and lead Bronze Incident Management to drive improvements across the network.
