Aviation Infrastructure QS (NEC4) - Civils & Demolition

CarmichaelUK at Heathrow Airport is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage NEC4 Option C contracts on high value infrastructure schemes within a fast paced aviation environment.

You will own day to day administration, oversee procurement and monthly valuations, draft EWNs and CEs, prepare CVRs and cost to complete forecasts, and monitor sub contractor costs while maintaining the NEC Risk Register.
