Autonomous Workplace Manager - Campus Facilities Leader

JLL is seeking a Workplace Manager to serve as the autonomous on-site FM lead for a multi-building campus in Berkshire. You will own end-to-end service delivery, oversee cleaning and engineering teams, and manage client relationships while aligning with safety, sustainability, and financial targets.

You will report to the Account Director and drive continuous improvement, ensuring a seamless campus experience and coordination across stakeholder groups, including external partners.
