Role Overview

We are seeking a Bertha Certified Test Operator to support our autonomous vehicle projects. The Bertha certification indicates a high level of competence in real-world vehicle testing, system awareness, and public interaction-critical for gathering meaningful data and maintaining a safe AV experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles with a focus on safety and system performance
• Provide real-time observations and log anomalies using dedicated software tools
• Engage with ride-hailing passengers as part of the AV experience
• Execute route testing in diverse environments, including city and highway scenarios
• Ensure compliance with Bertha certification protocols and data integrity standards
• Generate comprehensive test reports and collaborate with engineering teams
• Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings

Required Qualifications

• Bertha Certification for Autonomous Vehicle Testing
• Valid Class C driver's license with a clean record and at least 3 years of experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and analysis
• Excellent judgment, focus, and communication skills
