Autonomous Property Manager for Shared Housing (Flexible)

Positiv Cohort is seeking a confident, highly organised Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of shared accommodation in the Chichester area. Flexibly, initially part-time (20-25 hours per week) with potential to grow, you will ensure properties are safe, well-maintained and welcoming for residents and contractors.

The role is hands-on, with you acting as the main local contact for residents and partners, coordinating repairs and keeping clear records.
