Autonomous Prescriber - Integrated Urgent Care

Avon Local Medical Committee Ltd is seeking a Clinical Practitioner to work across Severnside Integrated Urgent Care (IUC), including The Burren, Out of Hours, Clinical Assessment Service (CAS), Clinical Medication Delivery Unit (CMDU) and Frailty Assessment and Coordination for Emergency and Urgent Care (ACE).

The post holder will provide autonomous prescribing and high-quality primary medical care within their professional scope of practice.
