Autonomous Post-Completion & Registrations Lead

Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors is seeking a Senior Post-Completion Executive or experienced Paralegal to oversee post-completion and registration work in a busy property team in the City of London.

You will manage a varied caseload through to registration, prepare AP1/FR1 applications, monitor progress, produce management information, liaise with clients and lenders, and drive compliance across post-completion procedures.
